Diponegoro University (UNDIP) has officially partnered with the ASEAN Centre for Energy (ACE) by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on Monday, July 22, 2024, at the UNDIP Rector’s Conference Room in Tembalang. The signing ceremony coincided with the launch of a Cooperation Implementation Plan initiated by UNDIP’s Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB UNDIP) in collaboration with ACE.
The MoU was signed by UNDIP’s Rector, Prof. Dr. Suharnomo, S.E., M.Si., and ACE’s Executive Director, Dr. Nuki Agya Utama.

This strategic partnership underscores the importance of collaboration between government entities, academia, and the industrial sector in addressing the complex challenges in the energy sector. Through this cooperation, both parties aim to drive innovation and sustainable energy solutions within the ASEAN region.
Additionally, FEB UNDIP and ACE agreed to implement the cooperation through a Studium Generale themed “Energy Trends and the Future in Southeast Asia.” This plan was signed by the Dean of FEB UNDIP, Prof. Faisal, S.E., M.Si., Ph.D., and Dr. Nuki Agya Utama.
This collaboration is expected to strengthen the relationship between the two institutions and make a meaningful contribution to the development of the energy sector in Southeast Asia
